Without your support, these children will not be able to attend school. For the 30 children who reside in the home, your support pays for their housing, two full time care takers, meals, clothing and education. For the other 100 plus children, your support pays for their education and a hot meal every day.
Your support is making a difference. Already 12 children have graduated high school and gone on to post-secondary education.
We provide education, meals and safety for more than 110 vulnerable children in the Mattru Jong dirstrict of Sierra Leone. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and your donation is tax deductable.
The government requires students to wear uniforms. Each year Sonnia House provides a new uniform for each child.
Your monthly donation of $20, $25, or $50 can provide meals, education and safety for a vulnerable child.
Your one time gift to Sonnia House will help provide food, education and safety for the vulnerable children of Mattru Jong.
Church Partnerships
We are seeking churches to join our partnership program. Your church could help us to meet our monthly financial needs, send gifts at Christmas and even plan a trip to visit the kids in Sierra Leon.
